Use of Website
The content on this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
Inspection Services
Our services are performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Our inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of the home's accessible systems and components at the time of the inspection.
200% Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Our 200% Guarantee applies only to standard home inspections performed by Rock Solid Inspections LLC. To qualify, the client must be present at the end of the inspection for the on-site recap and notify us in writing within 5 business days if dissatisfied.
For a 100% refund, we require written notice and a signed release of liability.
For the 200% guarantee, in addition to the above documentation must include a failure to meet an area of our standards of practice or inspection agreement. You must also hire another licensed home inspector to re-inspect the same property and provide us with their paid invoice and written report not to exceed the amount of the original inspection fee.
This guarantee does not cover ancillary services (mold, water, sewer scopes, termite, etc.) or issues outside the scope of a visual, non-invasive inspection. Refunds are limited to the original inspection fee and, in the case of the 200% Guarantee, the documented cost of the second inspection. Guarantee is void if you are not present at the recap, notice is not given in time, or documentation is incomplete.
SMS Messaging & Communication Terms

By using our services, including SMS communication, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
Rock Solid Inspections LLC provides residential and specialty home inspection services. This includes appointment scheduling, reminders, updates, and inspection reporting via SMS, phone, or email.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive messages from us related to your inspection services. Message frequency will vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current contact information and to not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability for Communications
Rock Solid Inspections LLC is not liable for delays or delivery failures of SMS messages due to mobile carrier issues or technical errors. All inspection reports and findings are provided based on the conditions observed at the time of the inspection and are subject to professional standards of practice.
5. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability for Inspections
Our liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of our services shall be limited to the fee paid for the inspection. We are not responsible for repairs or replacement of any reported or unreported defects.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
