What To Know About Scheduling With Us
Follow the prompts to schedule your Home Inspection, 4 Point Insurance Inspection, or Foundation Certification, and to check my availability. Just looking for price? Check out our Get A Quote tool.
I perform two home inspections daily, that take between 2.5 to 4 hours. I do this so that your inspection can have my full attention
Need Me To Gain Access? Select the option “Rock Solid - Supra Access” under the property access section.
Pricing is based on the finished square footage and age of the home. Base fees apply to homes under 1500 sq ft and built after 1970.
Options to add additional services are available after you select your service under the “additional services” tab.
After scheduling your inspection, you will receive an email confirming the Inspection date, time, address, and price.
This email will include a link to make payment and electronically sign the inspection agreement, which are both required before the day of the inspection.
